Job summary

Peek'n Peak is seeking a Night Auditor responsible for welcoming guests, processing reservations, and completing check-in/out procedures with accuracy and speed. Working with the Front Desk team, you will ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

You will operate the front desk equipment, handle POS transactions, maintain records, and assist with information on resort amenities and services, while upholding safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel front desk.
• Experience with POS systems and basic office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with reservations and check-in/out.
• Operate the POS system and process cash/credit payments.
