Responsibilities

• Balance posted cash, restaurant revenues, and hotel revenue and related audits.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and alert Front Office Manager to discrepancies.
• Communicate with departments and share scheduled reports.
• Coordinate guest needs with maintenance and housekeeping.
• Receive and route incoming telephone calls efficiently.
• Post charges to guest accounts and handle check-in/check-out tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of hotel information and adhere to safety procedures.
• Follow 4 Keys service standards and hotel policies.
