Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure accurate night‑time financials and seamless guest service. You will balance accounts, perform front desk tasks, and address guest inquiries with professionalism.

The role requires 18+ years old, ability to pass a background check, and availability nights/weekends/holidays. Prior hotel front desk experience is a plus; strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable).
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily revenue, prepare reports, and balance accounts.
• Perform front desk duties including check-in/check-out and guest assistance.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Ensure hotel security during night shift (monitor cameras, security checks).
• Assist with breakfast and guest amenities as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to privacy and security policies.
