Sonesta Hotels International Corporation in Torrance, CA is seeking a Night Auditor to balance daily revenues and act as overnight guest service agent at the front desk. The role requires handling cash, processing transactions, and coordinating with hotel systems such as Opera and SynXis during night hours.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and experience with Microsoft Office and hotel software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and writing skills are utilized for records and guest information.
• English fluency; other languages beneficial.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• ServSafe and/or TIPS certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit room, F&B, and telephone revenues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Register guests, issue keys, and assist with reservations.
• Process cash and credit transactions per procedures.
• Operate hotel systems (Opera, SynXIS) during night shifts.
• Ensure guest service and compliance with health and safety standards.
