The role requires one year of hotel or retail experience, fluent English, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Join a team focused on guest satisfaction and revenue growth through accurate cash handling and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of previous hotel experience or retail customer service.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems.
• ServSafe certification may be required.
• TIPS certification may be required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service in all guest interactions according to standard.
• Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Process cash and credit card transactions and related reports.
• Maintain the security of cash, credit card transactions, and guest information.
• May book guest reservations and upsell rooms to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with shifts and departmental management to ensure service.
