Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor Supervisor to balance hotel income and expenses every 24 hours and serve as the overnight front desk agent. You will coordinate with Opera and SynXis, ensuring accurate accounting and smooth nightly operations.

You will also act as a liaison for system issues, open tickets, and support management with daily and period-end reporting to drive hotel performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk and night audit processes.
• Strong accuracy in balancing room revenues, taxes, and cashier reports.
• Ability to open and coordinate system tickets during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta service standards in all guest interactions.
• Balance and audit revenue streams and prepare daily reports.
• Prepare GM daily/weekly/monthly reporting packs and assist with end-of-period closures.
