CMC Hotels in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking team members for Guest Service on the 3rd shift. You will check in and out guests, balance end-of-day tasks, and help guests with information about hotel policies and amenities.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Fosse operating system.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service
• Provide superior guest service
• Enter/change reservation information on PMS
• Process payments from guests
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services
• Review and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn-Flow database
