Responsibilities

• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner and ensure accuracy of nightly postings.
• Verify that End Of Day (EOD) processes are completed by other departments.
• Schedule wake-up calls and reservations for the following day.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and room availability.
