Responsibilities

• Interface with prior shift and managers to update hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in and check-out service.
• Deliver superior guest service.
• Enter and update reservations in the PMS.
• Process guest payments.
• Inform guests about hotel policies and amenities.
• Review and reconcile daily accounting in Inn-Flow.
