Noelle Nashville is seeking a Full-Time Night Auditor to join the team in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on ensuring accurate front desk operations, balancing and auditing accounts, and delivering exceptional guest service during night hours.

Responsibilities

• Balancing the accounts from day shift.
• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference.
• Balance and audit accounts for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle requests and complaints and directing them to other team members or departments accordingly.
• Answer all internal and external calls and inquiries.
