Job summary

Noelle Nashville is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to ensure smooth nightly operations at the front desk. You will balance the accounts from the day shift, reconcile all accounts, process invoices, and help guests with check-ins and check-outs while scheduling wake-up calls and concierge activities.

This role rewards attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously, and strong customer service during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Balancing the accounts from day shift
• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
• Balance and audit accounts for accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies
• Handle requests and complaints and directing them to other team members or departments accordingly
• Answer all internal and external calls and inquiries
