Makeready LLC, operating Noelle Nashville, is seeking a Front Desk/Concierge team member to deliver superb guest service, manage check-ins/outs, and maintain orderly front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in front desk or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Reconcile accounts and process invoices for daily revenue.
• Schedule wake-up calls and concierge activities per guest preferences.
• Answer calls and inquiries and route requests to appropriate team members.
• Balance and audit accounts for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
