Candlewood Suites Boston North Shore Danvers is hiring a Night Auditor to manage overnight guest interactions and balance daily financials. You will handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night inquiries while maintaining accuracy and security.

Ideal candidates have hospitality exposure, a basic bookkeeping mindset, and comfort with Windows, spreadsheets, and Word docs. The role offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) with warmth and efficiency.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy of numbers.
• Conduct regular security walks to ensure guest safety.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth during late hours.
• Operate Windows-based systems and office software to resolve issues.
