White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor to join our hotel front desk and accounting team in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This full-time overnight role requires a detail-oriented hospitality professional who balances transactions, runs nightly audit reports, and delivers exceptional guest service while the world sleeps. Ideal candidates bring prior hotel front desk or night audit experience, or a strong interest in transitioning to hotel accounting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in balancing reports and folios.
• Strong guest-service mindset and clear communication during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours, handling check-in/check-out and requests
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions; perform nightly audits and prepare end-of-night summaries
• Follow hotel and brand procedures for cash-handling and accounting
• Run nightly audit reports and record revenues and statistics accurately
• Explain standard hotel reports and folios to management and act as on-site authority overnight
• Ensure guest information and hotel data confidentiality overnight
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns professionally and empathetically
• Perform other duties as assigned
