Job summary

White Lodging is hiring a Night Auditor to join our hotel front desk and accounting team for overnight operations. This full-time role balances hotel transactions, runs nightly audit reports, and delivers exceptional guest service while the world sleeps.

The ideal candidate brings attention to detail, strong communication, and a willingness to learn accounting procedures; prior hotel night audit experience is preferred but not required, as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred but training is provided.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.
• Attention to detail with accurate balancing of reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary overnight contact for guests, handling check-in/out and requests.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions, perform nightly audits and close reports.
• Follow accounting procedures and maintain security of guest information.
• Prepare end-of-night summaries for management review.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
