Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Night Auditor to support front desk operations and guest service at our Indianapolis properties. You will balance daily revenues, run audits, and generate key reports while delivering courteous, professional service to guests.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth and benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred, but not required.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance transactions and generate reports accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the front desk in a courteous and professional manner.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions daily including cash and cards.
• Run audits and generate revenue/statistics reports accurately.
• Explain reports and folios clearly to guests and staff.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of guest information.
• Respond to guest concerns and emergencies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
