Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality front desk is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and balance cash drawer.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in/out guests and assign rooms.
• Process reservations and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy at shift start and end.
• Prepare night audit reports and complete required paperwork.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure service quality.
