Qualifications

• Front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests, check in/out, and provide needed information.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries with timely information.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and courteously.
• Reconcile cashier transactions and prepare management reports.
• Ensure accuracy of guest billing and city ledger transactions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and assist with breakfast setup.
• Learn property systems and run required reports; follow emergency procedures.
• Serve as Manager on Duty during overnight shift and escalate as needed.
• Monitor security and address overnight guest needs; ensure issues are followed up.
