Job summary

Sincere Hospitality in San Antonio is seeking a Night Auditor to serve as the overnight guest liaison, handling front desk operations, guest requests, and nightly financial tasks. This role sets the tone for guests' stays and ensures accurate records during the night shift.

Collaborate with the Front Desk Supervisor and General Manager, uphold hotel-brand standards, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Must be available to work morning and evening shifts
• Must be available to work on weekends & holidays

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and ensure check-in/check-out accuracy.
• Handle confidential guest records with integrity.
• Answer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries; relay messages accurately.
• Manage cash drawer contents during shift.
• Maintain accurate records in the PMS system and other hotel systems.
• Perform Night Audit functions with attention to detail.
• Keep front desk area orderly and presentable.
• Address guest requests and complaints professionally and tactfully.
