The role handles reconciling cashier transactions, reviewing reports, and ensuring accuracy of guest billing and city ledger entries. This full-time night position offers hourly pay in the USD range and requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and progressive hotel/related experience.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and ensure accurate guest billing.
• Review, organize and compile management reports on a timely basis.
• Perform guest service agent duties as required, including check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports.
