Job summary

Residence Inn Seattle Northgate is seeking a detail‑oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations and reconcile daily transactions. You will monitor guest services, ensure accuracy of charges, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment during the graveyard shift.

Ideal candidates have strong verbal and written communication skills, can read, write, type, and use basic technology, and are able to stand for a shift and lift up to 25 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and reconcile charges on guest receipts.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed overnight.
• Communicate effectively between shifts and departments.
