Job summary

Highgate Hotels' Residence Inn Bothell is seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide attentive, courteous service at check-in, during stay, and at checkout, while maximizing occupancy and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a warm, professional demeanor, ability to stand for long shifts, basic computer skills, and effective communication with guests and team members; experience in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.
• Basic computer experience required.
• Excellent communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to handle cash and follow hotel policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk.
• Maintain operation of the PBX console and ensure hotel standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Balance and prepare closing shift paperwork per hotel standards.
• Assist guests with safe deposit boxes.
