Job summary

HHM Hotels in Renton, WA seeks a Night Auditor to balance nightly revenue, settle accounts, and reset the system for the next day while performing Guest Service Agent duties and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include auditing and reconciling cashiers and credit cards, inputting data into the BRAINS network, checking guests in and out, responding to inquiries, and driving guest satisfaction through attentive service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
