Job summary

Crowne Plaza Knoxville is seeking a Night Auditor to welcome guests and ensure smooth nightly operations at our hotel. You’ll deliver warm, professional service while monitoring safety and accuracy of records.

Responsibilities include processing check-ins and check-outs, completing the nightly audit, generating reports, and assisting guests with questions throughout the night. Growth opportunities are available within IHG.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable handling cash, payments, and financial information.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a variety of situations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Complete the nightly audit and ensure financial records are accurate.
• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and reservations.
• Respond to guest questions and requests throughout the night.
• Monitor the hotel and help maintain a safe, secure environment.
• Prepare reports and paperwork for the following day's operations.
• Handle overnight guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
