Job summary

Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and assist with their needs, ensuring a memorable first impression.

You will check guests in and out, answer questions about the hotel and area, handle payments, and coordinate with other hotel teams to maintain a smooth, welcoming reception. This role offers on-site work and opportunities for growth.
