Concord Hospitality is seeking a dependable Night Auditor for the late shift at our Houston area location. You will manage front desk operations, balance daily revenue, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff.

The role requires attention to detail, independence, and a proactive approach, with full-time hours and competitive benefits. Nightly tasks include check-in/out, safety monitoring, and supporting breakfast setup as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card transactions and daily revenue for all outlets (restaurant, events, lounge).
• Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions.
• Prepare folios for departing guests.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed.
• Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift.
