Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Night Auditor to review and process data for accurate accounting system entries. The role supports front desk operations, ensures timely revenue recording, and coordinates reports during the night shift.

The position requires familiarity with front desk processes, strong math skills, and supervisory aptitude. Compliance with licensing and gaming regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency with adding machine and computer input terminal.
• Ability to solve mathematically oriented problems.
• Accounting background helpful.
• Clerical background preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• AS/400 computer system, adding machine and typewriter experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes source data to provide accurate and timely entries to accounting systems and sub-systems.
• Audit and process source documents to facilitate timely recording of hotel and related revenue.
• Generate and coordinate distribution of hotel system reports.
• Assist in training and supervising staff to meet job requirements.
• Notify Hotel Manager of discrepancies and assist with problem resolution.
• Familiar with all front desk procedures including check-in/check-out.
• Oversee close day functions in the front office and ensure rooms are checked in and payments secured.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of supervisors.
