Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Night Auditor to review and process data for accurate postings to accounting systems and hotel sub-systems. You will support front desk operations, audit revenue, and generate reports while guiding junior staff.

The role requires reliability with data entry, familiarity with front office procedures, and the ability to act as manager on duty during the night shift. Experience in clerical work and supervisory responsibilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Math and clerical tasks must be handled accurately.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and process source documents to ensure accurate posting of hotel and related revenue.
• Audit and process hotel revenue entries following department procedures.
• Generate and distribute hotel system reports as needed.
• Assist in training and supervising staff to meet job requirements.
• Notify Hotel Manager of discrepancies and assist with investigation and resolution.
• Oversee front desk close-day functions and ensure rooms are checked in and payments secured.
• During audit shifts, assist guests and departments as manager on duty in their absence.
