Job summary

Apsilon Hotels, LLC is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure all hotel accounts balance each night and to prepare the Daily Sales and Revenue Report. The role includes posting room charges, basic math tasks, and supporting front desk duties such as checking in late arrivals.

The Night Auditor will also be responsible for submitting nightly figures to corporate, opening lobby hours, and setting up continental breakfast while maintaining safety and accuracy in daily financial activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong English reading/writing.

Responsibilities

• Post room and tax accurately each shift and verify postings.
• Balance all income and prepare the Daily Sales and Revenue Report.
• Perform Front Desk duties including greeting and checking in late arrivals.
• Submit nightly figures to corporate headquarters and close out the day.
• Open lobby, set up continental breakfast, and monitor safety hazards.
