McMenamins White Eagle Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor to manage nightly closing and serve as front desk clerk. Responsibilities include guest check-in/out, reservations, POS operations, and light cleaning during the 11pm–7am shift.

The role requires customer service focus, self-management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Qualified applicants bring night audit or hotel accounting experience, CPR certification, and comfort with computers.

Qualifications

• Previous night audit, hotel or accounting experience is required.
• First Aid CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of and comfort with computers.
• Flexible schedule including evening, graveyard, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Responsabilités

• Balance and close nightly accounting records.
• Check guests in and out and handle reservations by phone or in person.
• Operate POS terminal and process payments accurately.
• Provide front desk assistance and guest services during night shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies; respond to emergencies as needed.
