Job summary

McMenamins White Eagle Hotel in Portland, OR is hiring a Night Auditor to balance nightly closing procedures and assist at the front desk. The role includes checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and performing administrative duties during graveyard hours (11pm–7am).

The ideal candidate has night audit or hotel/accounting experience, is proficient with computers, and can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Strong guest service is essential.

Qualifications

• Night audit or hotel/accounting experience required.
• First Aid CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of and comfort with computers.
• Flexible schedule including evening, graveyard, weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Close each night’s books and balance for the day.
• Check guests in and out and handle reservations.
• Operate POS terminal and manage cash handling.
• Provide front desk support and guest service in a fast-paced hotel setting.
