Sonesta International Hotels seeks a Night Auditor to balance hotel income and expenses for each 24-hour cycle and to serve as a Guest Service Agent on the overnight shift. You will act as the system liaison during night hours and open tickets in Opera, SynXis, or with system support when issues arise.

The role requires careful auditing of revenue streams, preparing daily reporting packs, and delivering Sonesta service standards while ensuring guest satisfaction around the clock.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year hotel experience preferred.
• Experience with Opera and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• ServSafe and/or TIPS certifications may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Balance and audit room revenue, food & beverage revenue, and telephone revenue.
• Process and post cash and credit card transactions per procedures; prepare deposits.
• Register guests, issue keys, and provide information on hotel services and Travel Pass rewards.
• Assist in breakfast service setup and hotel laundry duties as needed.
• Act as security point of contact and communicate accounting discrepancies to Operations Manager.
