Job summary

Sonesta Denver Downtown is seeking a Night Auditor to balance hotel income and expenses for each 24-hour period while acting as the overnight Guest Service Agent. You will liaise with Opera, SynXis, and support teams, handle reservations, and ensure accurate reporting and revenue controls.

The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with hourly compensation of $21.00–$23.00, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of previous hotel experience preferred.
• Reading and writing skills for records and reservations.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service to guests and clients per G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Balance and audit room revenue, F&B revenue, and telephone revenue.
• Prepare daily management reports and end-of-period packs.
• Assist in setup of breakfast service and related supplies.
• Register guests and issue room keys; handle reservations and changes.
• Process cash and credit transactions per procedures; post charges and deposits.
