Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor for the Sonesta Denver Downtown property. The role balances hotel income and expenses every 24 hours and serves as the overnight front desk Guest Service Agent.

You will liaison with Opera, SynXis, or system support during the night hours to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting. The position is hourly, non-exempt, with a pay range of $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math, percentages and variances preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit room, food & beverage, and telephone revenues.
• Prepare daily management reports and end-of-period packs.
• Register guests, issue keys and provide information on hotel services.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Upsell rooms when possible to maximise revenue.
• Assist in setting up breakfast service and hotel laundry tasks.
