Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels – Denver Downtown is seeking a Night Auditor to balance all hotel income and expenses for the 24-hour operating period while also serving as a Guest Service Agent on the overnight front desk.

You will act as the system liaison, open tickets with Opera or SynXis, prepare daily management reports, ensure accurate posting of charges and deposits, and assist with breakfast setup and guest services on shift.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• English fluency required; other languages beneficial.
• Experience with Opera and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit room, F&B, and telephone revenue for accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Post charges, process deposits, and secure assigned bank.
• Register guests, issue keys, and provide information on hotel services.
• Upsell rooms to maximize revenue and assist guests with reservations.
• Follow seasonal reservation strategy and coordinate with other shifts.
