Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management in Richardson, TX is seeking a Front Desk Agent with accounting responsibilities to balance daily revenue, post charges, and reset systems for the next day. The role involves supporting front desk, restaurant and bar operations and ensuring accurate daily reports.

You will audit Micros data, balance house accounts, and maintain backups while delivering friendly guest service in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including AR/AP and reconciliations.
• Proficient in 10-key by touch for fast data entry.
• Strong English communication and telephone etiquette when interacting with guests.

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar daily work, post and balance charges and settlements.
• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing Micros tapes/journals; breakdown revenue, covers and tips.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the PC to generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Front desk duties during shift; greet guests and assist with check-in/out and information.
