Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Front Desk Agent to balance daily revenue across rooms, restaurant, and bar, post charges, and prepare settlements. The role includes maintaining orderly files and resetting systems for next-day operations, while also stepping in at the front desk as needed to assist guests.

The position operates in a 24/7 hotel environment with variable shifts. You will handle registrations, process payments, and provide courteous guest assistance throughout shift hours.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to operate a 10-key by touch.
• Ability to interact with guests and staff in a friendly, proactive manner.

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar daily work.
• Post and balance charges and settlements.
• Maintain files and reset systems for next day operations.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide accurate information.
