Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Agent at our Novi property. The role balances front desk tasks with restaurant and bar day-to-day operations, including posting charges, balancing revenue, and assisting with guest check-in/check-out.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, accurate data entry, and familiarity with hotel systems. Training and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential for daily guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations (A/R, A/P) and basic math skills.
• Ability to input information accurately using a moderately complex computer.
• Strong English communication and telephone etiquette.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to hotel systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar revenue on a daily basis and post settlements.
• Prepare and audit daily reports and revert discrepancies as needed.
• Input and balance charges in the system for daily operations.
• Assist front desk during shifts and coordinate with other departments.
• Provide a friendly check-in/out experience and greet guests warmly.
