Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk/Hotel Revenue Clerk to balance daily restaurant and hotel revenue, process settlements, and reset systems for the next day. The role requires accurate data entry, strong attention to detail, and customer service excellence.

The hotel operates around the clock, so shift flexibility is essential. Responsibilities include auditing revenue reports, inputting charges, and coordinating with front desk and restaurant teams to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including accounts receivable/payable.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to operate a 10-key by touch.
• Ability to handle guest concerns in a friendly and proactive manner.
• Ability to input and retrieve information accurately on a computer system.
• Proficient English for effective communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily revenue and settlements for restaurant, room, and bar.
• Prepare and audit reports and journals; assist Controller as needed.
• Process registrations, charges, and payments for guests.
• Coordinate with front desk and F&B for smooth end-of-day close.
• Maintain proper filing and backup, verify report accuracy and discrepancies.
