Job summary

CMC Hotels is seeking a Full-Time Night Auditor/Night Manager for SpringHill Suites by Marriott Durham/Chapel Hill. The ideal candidate will manage guest check-in/out, balance end-of-day activities, and provide exceptional service while coordinating with the prior shift.

Experience with Marriott properties is highly desired, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, reliability, and guest satisfaction during the overnight hours in Durham, NC.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to work 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Clean background check, reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Fosse operating system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service.
• Provide superior guest service.
• Enter/change reservation information in PMS.
• Process payments from guests.
• Review and reconcile daily accounting.
