Job summary

The Courtyard & Residence Inn by Marriott in the Brier Creek area of Raleigh is seeking a full-time Night Auditor for the 11pm–7am shift. You will act as the overnight Manager-on-Duty, balancing daily charges and ensuring accounts are accurate by morning. Weekday and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities include auditing revenue, processing nightly closes, and providing courteous service to guests while maintaining policy compliance. Strong math and reconciliation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hotel night audit preferred (1-2 years).
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; strong math/reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily charges for all departments and confirm folios and accounts.
• Run nightly processing and reset for next day.
• Audit revenue, city ledger, and credit card vouchers for accuracy.
• Perform night audit duties and guest service tasks as needed.
• Maintain professional working relationships with staff and guests.
