Job summary

CMC Hotels is seeking a Full-Time Night Auditor/Night Manager for Springhill Suites by Marriott Durham/Chapel Hill. The role focuses on guest check-in/check-out, end-of-day balancing, and ensuring safety and smooth operations overnight.

The ideal candidate has hotel experience, can work 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, delivers excellent guest service, and can manage reservations, payments, and nightly accounting with reliability and independence.

Qualifications

• Previous Marriott or hotel experience is highly desired.
• Must be able to work 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Clean background check and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out for guests and end-of-day balance.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service.
• Deliver superior guest service throughout overnight shift.
• Enter/change reservation information in PMS system.
• Process guest payments and explain hotel policies and services.
• Review and reconcile daily accounting and enter data into Inn-Flow database.

Job Description-Responsible for the needs and safety of all guests, during the check-in and check-out process as well as in-house. Also, end of day balancing is required.

Job Duties:

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service
• Provide superior guest service
• Entering/changing reservation information on PMS
• Processing payments from guests
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services
• Review and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn-Flow database

Job Requirements:

• Previous Marriott or hotel experience is highly desired
• Must be able to work 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Must possess Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be self motivated and able to work independently
• Knowledge of Fosse operating system a plus
• Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to handle comments and suggestions.
