Job summary

CMC Hotels in Raleigh, NC is seeking dedicated Guest Service professionals for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You will handle guest check-in and check-out, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth experience for all staying guests.

Responsibilities include updating reservations in the PMS, processing payments, and balancing end-of-day accounts. Previous hospitality experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Clean background check and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle guest feedback.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.

• Process guest payments and balance end-of-day totals.
• Inform guests about hotel policies and services.
• Review and reconcile daily accounting in Inn-Flow.

**Previous hospitality experience is highly desired.

Job Description-Responsible for the needs and safety of all guests, during the check-in and check-out process as well as in-house. Also, end of day balancing is required.

Job Duties:

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service
• Provide superior guest service
• Entering/changing reservation information on PMS
• Processing payments from guests
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services
• Review and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn-Flow database

Job Requirements:

• Must possess Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be self motivated and able to work independently
• Knowledge of Fosse operating system a plus
• Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
