Job summary

CMC Hotels is seeking a Full Time Night Auditor / Night Manager for Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. You will ensure guest safety and service during check-in and check-out, handle end-of-day balancing, and coordinate with the prior shift to relay hotel activities.

The position requires strong customer service, ability to work independently on third shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM), and familiarity with hotel systems such as Inn-Flow and OnQ. Previous hospitality experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of OnQ operating system a plus.
• Clean background check, reliable transportation a must.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service
• Provide superior guest service
• Entering/changing reservation information on PMS
• Processing payments from guests
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services
• Review and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn-Flow database
