Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or night auditing preferred—training provided.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in nightly audits.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and stand/move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for guests during overnight hours handling check-in/check-out and requests.
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions at close, including reconciliation and cash handling.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night financial summaries for management.
• Explain standard hotel reports, folios, and procedures clearly during overnight shifts.
