Hotel Equities is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our front desk team. In this role you will greet guests, handle arrivals and departures, process payments, and provide exceptional service to ensure smooth nightly operations.

The Night Auditor will maintain accurate records, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and support hotel goals through professional, attentive service. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous hotel/front desk or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and guest requests accurately.
• Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Resolve routine guest issues and elevate concerns to management when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest information, records, and shift documentation.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and other hotel departments.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and relevant guest opportunities.
