Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee night front desk operations, balance daily transactions, and prepare audit reports for the resort’s hospitality environment.

The role requires strong cash handling, accounting knowledge, and excellent communication to resolve guest inquiries on the third shift. A High School diploma and 1 year of front desk or accounting experience are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; accounting education preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily cash and transactions; complete shift reports.
• Greet and assist guests, register arrivals, issue keys, and provide resort information.
• Prepare and file night audit reports; coordinate with site accounting on daily transactions.
• May handle guest requests during the third shift and ensure guest satisfaction.
