Travel + Leisure Co. in Honolulu is seeking a Night Auditor for the third shift (10 PM–6:30 AM).

The role focuses on balancing the day’s revenue, completing audit procedures, generating reports, and supporting front desk operations and guest services overnight. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, basic math, and experience in hospitality front desk or accounting.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; accounting education is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read and understand instructions.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; basic math and cash handling.
• Must maintain professional appearance and customer service focus.
• Experience in hospitality front desk or accounting helps.

Responsibilities

• Balance day’s work and perform audit checks on third shift.
• Complete front desk tasks: guest registration, issue unit keys, process transactions.
• Generate reports for Food and Beverage audit and other necessary records.
• Interact with site accounting on daily transactions, cash drops, and charges.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide service recovery when needed.
