The Holiday Inn Express Cooperstown NY is seeking a Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations and guest services. The role combines front desk duties with night audit responsibilities to ensure accurate financial records and seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, handle check-in/out efficiently, and work independently during late hours, including weekends and holidays. Training and opportunities for growth are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Perform end-of-day financial audits to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Reconcile and balance accounts, generate financial reports, and make corrections as needed.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.
• Manage and resolve guest complaints and requests with professionalism.
• Monitor hotel security and address issues during the night shift.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent service standards.
• Assist with data entry and maintaining up-to-date hotel records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless daily operations.
