Qualifications

• Willing to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk during overnight shift, handling check-ins/outs.
• Answer calls and respond to online inquiries professionally.
• Handle guest requests, such as tours or restaurant reservations.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, payments, and issuing keys.
• Complete daily financial and operational tasks and shift reports.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Perform light cleaning and restock supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
